All stated prices are subject to an additional community tax of 3,50 € per person (from 14 years of age) and per day from 1.1.2024. This must be paid at the hotel.Every drink is to pay!
Services included in Half Board
- Extensive daily breakfast buffet with wholegrain products;
- Salad buffet every evening with fresh vegetables;
- 4 course a-la-carte menu each evening;
- Use of the indoor pool;
- Use of the sauna complex;
- Use of the fitness studio;
- Coffee and cakes in the afternoons.
General Terms and Conditions
Prices are stated per person per day with half board and are inclusive of all services and taxes for a minimum stay of 4 days.
- Payments and additional charges
Mode of payment: Cash, EC debit card or credit card (Visa, Master and Eurocard) - The legal decree do not longer permitted to make payments of more than 999.99 Euro in cash in Italy. The following payment methods are however accepted: Bancomat cards, credit cards, non-transferrable cheques, bank transfer.
- Additional charge for a single bed: 16 Euro
Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room: 20 - 55 Euro - Deductions
Room with breakfast only (without half board): -5 Euro per person - Arrival and Departure
Rooms will be available from 2pm till 7pm on the day of arrival; one the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10am. In the event of early departure or delayed arrival we will charge as per the reserved dates. - Reservation
We ask you to confirm your reservation in writing and pay a deposit of 100 Euro per person. - Cancellation charges
In the event of cancellation the deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation charge. - Dogs
Dogs are not allowed - Underground Garage
Our underground garage is at your disposal free of charge. - ADSL
Free wireless Internet (WiFi) throughout the hotel. - All stated prices are subject to an additional community tax of 2,50 € per person (from 14 years of age) and per day from 1.1.2022 and from 1.1.2024 the taxe is 3,50 €. This must be paid at the hotel.
There is no right of withdrawal as laid out in the consumer protection code communication concerning Part III, Title III, Paragraph I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)
We don't prepare food without lactose and gluten-free.
